Hello TMDB Support Team,

I am currently working on a project that requires access to the TMDB website and its API. However, I am facing two major issues:

I am unable to open https://www.themoviedb.org on both my laptop and mobile device. I have tried using multiple browsers (Opera, Chrome, etc.) and also tested with and without VPN, but the website does not load. It either shows a blank page or fails to respond.
When I use the TMDB API via Postman or my backend (Node.js using Axios), I receive a 200 OK status, but the expected output such as movie data does not appear. Instead, I sometimes receive an empty response or a timeout error like ETIMEDOUT.

This issue is blocking my progress on an important academic project. I kindly request your assistance in checking if my IP or country is restricted, or if there's a temporary issue from your end.
