English Cast Listed in Chinese

Hello, I had a user of my app has reached out to me to point out that several titles (below) seem to have had their English role names replaced with Chinese instead. Is this something that can be reverted?

Since the movie entries are duplicates, I have to delete them.
And I'm going to write a message to the user that names of characters have to be in English.
