I think I first noticed it on the Die, My Love poster page, the two images near the end that were uploaded by TheHabibi.

Edit: I should have added this before but this happened when I uploaded a Norwegian poster for The Worst Person in the World, I tried uploading the poster again (with slight differences to the framing) but I got the orange border again.

This site has a filter that tries to detect when there is like inappropriate content or something/nudity(?) in images uploaded. The filter is far from perfect and makes mistakes for sure.
