Hello
I would like to request the addon of TV Parental Guidelines to the movie section.
Many tv movies (especially those that are on streaming services) are rated by the way television shows are.
Here are some examples:

There are 2 topics dedicated to Certification of Countries (Movie and TV).
Certification Countries

The work of changing and/or implementing New Certifications has been stalled for a long time.
But I believe that if and when this work is resumed, the data that users have posted in these threads will be used.
So I suggest you post your question there.
And be patient because the To-Do list is long.

But this is a very important issue. Many people (including me) keep adding wrong age ratings to movies because of absence of the tv parental guidance in the movie section. For example I had to add pg-13 to andor short film documentary, even though it's rated TV-14.

Is this certification you are requesting from the USA?

Tv parental guidance as far as I know is exclusive only to the USA.

I also provided images for proof of the fact that most of the movies that are for example a Netflix original are using age ratings used for tv shows.

These are the certifications we currently have.
Are they wrong?

No, they are not. But they are locked for tv shows only.

Sorry for my confusion.
English is not my native language.
You ask that all TV certifications also be available in Movies.
And I say, sometimes the opposite is also true.
All Movie certifications available in TV.
That's because Netflix is ββusing TV certification in Movies,
Big confusion.
Well, this is a matter for admin Travis Bell to resolve.
I suggest you post this issue in the links I posted before.
I believe he is monitoring those conversations more frequently.

I'll try to get his attention.
But first, post this problem in the link I posted.

Can you tell me if this rating or certification is official from the MPAA or if it is a "creation" by Netflix?
In other words, does this film have an official TV certification from the MPAA?

OK. That was the source that TMDb used.
I wonder if we can find this film with this TV certification by accessing the MPAA website?

Disney+, Netflix, HBO max etc. They use those age ratings for some of their original movies.
