Hi TMDB Team and community,

I’m developing a full-stack application as a portfolio and learning project. It is strictly non-commercial — I will not earn any revenue from it. Am I allowed to fetch movie data one by one using the API and store selected fields (like movieId, title, genres, etc.) in my local database for educational use only (such as building a recommendation system)? or is there any legal or official way to access TMDB’s entire movie dataset (or large bulk data) for non-commercial, educational purposes?

If the project is completed, I plan to deploy it publicly as a live portfolio project — again, without any monetization or commercial use.
