India - Request to Unblock IP

Hello TMDB Team, I recently exposed my TMDB API key in a public repo and have since regenerated it and secured my environment. However, I can no longer access www.themoviedb.org (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT), and I believe my IP has been blocked.
Kindly request unblocking my IP so I can continue using the site responsibly.

TMDb does not block IPs.
Are you in India? Mumbai?
What ISP are you using?
Are you using a VPN?
Are you using something from Oracle-VPS (Virtual Private Server)?

I am currently using a VPN to message you, as I am located in Tamil Nadu, India, and I'm unable to access this website without it.

Yes, there is a known issue in India as a number of different ISP's are blocking TMDB. Jio (and a little less often, Airtel) seem to be the ones that come up a lot (for example) but there are other networks in India that also have issues.
The source of this as far as we can tell is around 4 or 5 years ago, the Indian government added some of our addresses to a list of domains that should be blocked. We have no idea why this happened, but ever since then there's been lots of reports in India about this.
