I'm trying to make a basic API request using curl, but I keep encountering the following error:

curl: (35) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

Here's the exact command I'm running:

curl "https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/550?api_key=api_key_here"

What makes this particularly strange is:

1. If I run this command in a loop 10 times, it fails 8 or 9 times, and only succeeds 1 or 2 times.
2. This issue does not happen at all on my home network — it only affects my VPS.
3. The same VPS setup has been working fine for TMDB API calls until today, so something seems to have changed recently.

Could this be related to rate limiting, an IP block, or changes on TMDB’s side? Any help in understanding what’s going on would be appreciated. Thanks!
