I have developed an iOS app and integrated this API https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie in my app.
It is working fine when I am using WIFI or connected to any Broadband.
But if I use cellular data or and other device personal hotspot which is on cellular data mode then I am facing The request timed out.
I have no idea what is exactly the problem is, Can you please help me on this.
Note: I am using the in India.

Some time ago, there was a court-ordered blockade of TMDb in India.
Since then, some access has been restored.
However, it seems that some ISPs (Internet Service Provider) have not updated this.
Try changing your DNS. For Google, 8.8.8.8, or for Cloudflare, 1.1.1.1
