Documentation around /tv-series-changes is unclear

The documentation states /tv-series-changes will display the last 24 hour changes however this does not appear to be the case. If I go to /tv-series-latest-id and use the returned ID and use this with /tv-series-changes I get no content returned. If I go onto the website and look at the same TV show I can see changes that have occurred today. It looks like /tv-series-changes will only return data up to midnight of the previous day based on the UTC timestamp. I believe the documentation needs to be updated to reflect this or alternatively the API needs to be modified to actually return the previous 24hrs.

I think this might be a similar issue to my other post (https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/67e5a20f33a74341e310bb89) where the changes are displayed from 7am and prior? I find this strange that it works this way when the website has the changes listed which aren't shown in the API.
