It seems a decision has been made that series released on networks such as DramaBox or ShortMax have been deemed not valid. Why?

(the networks have been deemed not valid, which I would (reasonably) assume would mean all series released on those networks are not allowed on this site)

That thread was about something completely different and I did not expect that it would be deemed that the networks simply wouldnt be allowed. So I thought it appropriate to create a new thread specifically about, dedicated to, and titled as such, on the topic on the validity of the networks themselves so that other people may be able to chime in and also other people may be able to see the site's decision/discussions on the matter.

Also, if this is the decision, shouldnt that be something added to the rules? https://www.themoviedb.org/bible
