The Movie Database Support

Hi,

Is there a way to control the adult content in queries like this: https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/11547?api_key=[YOUR-KEY]&language=en-US&append_to_response=credits

The following cast entry is where adult flag is true and if access to this is provided in the app, while include_adult flag for the app is set to false, it will break the functionality:

{
"adult": true,
"gender": 2,
"id": 2106967,
"known_for_department": "Acting",
"name": "Rock",
"original_name": "Rock",
"popularity": 0.6,
"profile_path": "/2q99ppOC5Afn5hUnYeyW5s2KPa8.jpg",
"cast_id": 127,
"character": "Dr. Mambo",
"credit_id": "6253829a9d6e3344c6eea425",
"order": 34
},

Looking forward to a prompt response!

Best regards, Shahood

It's up to your application to decide what to do with content where the adult flag is set to true.

Ok so there is no way to find tune the query. It will return all item whether the adult flag is true or false, and the developer will have to filter the results himself...is that right?

Yes

You should note that adult:true for a person only mean that at least 10% of its activity took place in adult:true movies.
