I'm trying to generate an API key, but when I go to generate the key, this error message appears: "Application summary: explain how you plan to use our API" And there is no specific field to explain how I plan to use the API What should I do to be able to create an API key?

There is a field called "Application summary".

"Application summary". You need to sum up why you want to use the API in a few words. I put 5-6 words and that's OK :)
