Which exact command did you use to download the file, including the filename ?

It looks like the system is having problems.

Only Travis Bell can fix this.

I'm not seeing any issues downloading that file right now.

@jlj1950228 As noted in the documentation, the files are not made available until around ~8:00 AM UTC. When you tried it at 9:27 EST, it would not have been available yet.

... but wouldn't the previous file still be in place. Perhaps the previous day's file is removed at midnight.

The previous day files remains in place... But it doesn't have the same filename.
