@jlj1950228 As noted in the documentation, the files are not made available until around ~8:00 AM UTC. When you tried it at 9:27 EST, it would not have been available yet.

It looks like the system is having problems.

... but wouldn't the previous file still be in place. Perhaps the previous day's file is removed at midnight.
