Right now, if I request https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/changes and https://api.themoviedb.org/3/tv/changes both of them return me the same set of IDs. What's going on??

Hi @andrew.m,
Good catch, there was a caching error. The fix has been deployed and will start showing the correct ID's once the cache starts expiring over the next few hours.
