Youtube link is not available

Hi! I expierience an increase of not available youtube videos in the detail request, here is an example:
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/438631?append_to_response=videos&language=de-DE
the newest entry in videos array is not available. there are a lot more examples that have this lately. in which periods will this be checked, if the videolinks are still valid?
can i check upfront, if a video is available anymore?

The links are checked when they are reported to us.
So, if nobody did report that the link wasn't anymore valid, we can't do anything.
So, when you encounter a YouTube link that doesn't work anymore, please file a content report on the corresponding movie or series page, giving us the link of the video that doesn't work anymore.
We don't have people to check every minutes if the link are still valid.

Ok, thanks for the info! is there a way to pre-check, if the link is still valid? to avoid showing wrong video-links?

Hi @JustAnApp,
You can sign up for a YouTube API key and use their API to validate if the video is still valid.
