After some testing, I discovered that adding the region parameter with US resolves the issue and returns the expected data. However, when I set the region parameter to BR or another region, the data is not returned.

Could you clarify if this behavior is due to a lack of data for the BR region? If so, is there a recommended way to handle cases where region-specific data might not be available?

There was a ~15 minute period around 6:00 PM MST where append_to_response wasn't returning the expected results. It was fixed shortly after it was discovered.

You'll just have to wait for items that were cached during that time to expire, but all other new requests should be working properly.
