Region in Reccomendations

Why can't I add a region parameter to the recommendations endpoint? Currently, I can only specify the language. But if I'm in one country and want to get recommendations for a different language, it's impossible to do so.

If i looking for some reccomendations, i can pass the language params, and i receive the reccomendations already translate, but i can't pass the region params if i'm in a different country

There are no region based recommendations. So what you’re doing is all that can be done.
