I am developing an application that utilizes the TMDb API, and I noticed the information regarding the limit of 50 requests per second. However, it is unclear whether this limit applies to a single IP address or to all requests made by users of my application.

For instance, if I have an application with thousands of active users daily, and 500 of them, each with a unique IP address, query the API simultaneously, would that cause the service to stop functioning? Or does the limit of 50 requests per second apply only to each individual IP?
