Is there any way I can set it only to import movies, series, and people from specific parts of the world? For example, can we put it as only import data from these languages, like that?"

You can use discover and filter movies and TV shows by ~30 different filters, some of which include aspects of regions and/or languages. You'll have to check if any of the existing filters will work for you.
Other than this, no, there is no way.
