I am having issues calling for my favourite tv-shows list

I get this message when trying to call my favourite tv-shows list.

Have you created a session ID as outlined in the docs?

Alright now I am getting as far as to creating a session bu then i get stuck again xD I do not really understand how to create a session. Thanks for your help! :)
