the account_States endpoint has a query param guest_session_id to get states for a guest session, but apparently guest sessions can't check the states for a certain movie.

this is a relevant issue in another discussion i created. i made a new discussion because it seems the previous one has a different issue, but slightly related to this one.

turns out the behavior is probably not because i'm using api key instead of bearer token, but because i was testing on a guest session. using session_id with a user different from the key owner (my own account) works as expected, but using guest_session_id returns a failure code as shown in the discussion above.

is account_states for guest sessions not supported? and if so, why is there a guest_session_id query param? or am i doing something wrong?
