How do I rectify ssl handshake error?

I am getting below error few times and when I try again after sometime it works. how do I rectify it?
SSLError:
HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.themoviedb.org', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /3/person/287/movie_credits?language=en-US (Caused by SSLError(SSLError("bad handshake: SysCallError(10054, 'WSAECONNRESET')")))
