Does anyone have the answer to the API address: https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie(same for the tv) that returns a status of 200 but an empty array?
I was working on my application and at a certain point everything broke for no apparent reason
and so I tested the addresses and noticed that empty arrays were returned.

First, please provide the complete error response.
In your case:

Code    HTTP    Message  

1       200     Success.
13      200     The item/record was deleted successfully.
21      200     Entry not found: The item you are trying to edit cannot be found.
40      200     Nothing to update.

Second, please provide the query value used.
For example: query=Spartacus

It would be better to provide the complete API Request that was sent to our server.
For example:

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?query=Spartacus&language=pt-BR
or
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=THE_KEY&query=Spartacus&language=pt-BR
