I was just wonderng how you get an api when you aren't a developer or a professonal you just want to use the tmdb api on a software that requests you have a TMDB API. Since i want to use one on Ember Media Manager but it says i have to be a developer or a proffesional to create an api key but I'm not one of those.

There are only these two categories.
In your case, use the Developer category.
It is used by code developers but also by teachers, students, collectors, researchers, etc.
For the URL field, see below:
If you are an APP developer but still do not have a URL for your software,
or if you are a teacher teaching your class how to use the API feature,
or will use it in their own studies,
or in short, do not have a URL,
just inform N/A, not applicable or not available or no answer.
