Use of TMDB APIs - Development and Production

Hi there,
I am a Software Developer currently working on creating a movies website and I have come across the TMDB APIs, which I would like to use.
I have a couple of questions:
Are the APIs free to use on Development and Production? If they are free, can I integrate them with multiple servers to allow users to watch any movie? Would this still be free in that case? Thank you for your assistance.
