Hi i have been trying to get this api to work, but recently it is just erroring out with mostly ERRCONN or connection reset

It is so frustrating and i have tried everything, so just to check if it is an IP issue, I tried connecting to VPN and api works flawlessly,

Also the entire website of TMDB and api both don’t work when accessing via rest api testers like postman or via safari/chrome browser on any of my devices under the home WIFI network, the same was working when i switched to mobile internet and after few request it also stopped working with same errors

Is my IP banned? Or is this account’s apikey banned? Or is there a stringent rate limit
