Ok... I did what you said a year ago. There is no response or any new update on the certification system.

Yes, no changes were made to any language-COUNTRY.
I suspect that Travis Bell, the administrator, is implementing other features that interfere with Certification.
In any case, it's up to him.
We can only wait and see.
