Attribution and Logo Usage: Regarding the use of the TMDb logo, is it necessary to include it within the main logo of my app, or would including it in an "About" or "Credits" section within the app suffice? I want to ensure compliance with TMDb's branding and attribution policies.

Additional Information: Are there any other important aspects or additional details I should be aware of when using the TMDb API in my app to ensure everything is in order?

Even with ads it remains free.
See the rules or options below.
When I created my API Key I chose between these options:

Developer

• You are an individual
• Your project is still in development
• Your project is non profit
• Your project is ad supported

Professional

• You represent a company
• Your project is for profit (not ad supported)
• You are an OEM or hardware vendor

I believe your case fits Your project is ad supported.
So just follow the rules for informing the data source.

It is not necessary.
Some place the TMDB logo and/or name in the footer of the home page.
Others place it on a Credits or About page.
It should not be hidden, in small print, like some Insurance Contracts or Software Subscription rules.
But it doesn't have to be huge or ostentatious.

I remember recommendations for storing data and/or images (posters, backdrops, etc...) on your server.
If I remember correctly it must have been for a short time, something like a week.
But it's better to get response from admin Travis Bell for more details.
Better to open a specific topic for this.

Another thing is how your APP users will interact with it.
Will everyone create their own API Key or will they interact using your API Key?
Using your API Key, you can better implement the use of permissions.
And I don't understand anything about that.
