It is not possible to watch or play movies or videos on TMDb.
Neither using he API service nor using the WEB interface.
Only data can be obtained. Cast, crew, release dates etc...

but i saw a trailer play on tmdb website, i found out getting videos gives us key.

If an item has a video attached to it, you can grab them by using the /videos endpoint.

cool means we can play it rytt? Now my question is what all is required or how to play it. I was checking on browser also the trailer was not playing

We only supply YouTube and Vimeo ID's. It's up to you to use YouTube's SDK and/or API to get videos playing within your own client.

ok noted, my concern is it's not playing in TMDB browser, it should have been playing rytt..

When you say "TMDB browser" are you talking about here on the website, in whatever browser you are using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)? If so, what's a link to video that isn't playing?

normally i'm unable to access this content without vpn, but earlier it was not playing now captcha is never ending
