API 500 error

Hey, the error i am getting with the API when I try to import, says 500 Error which to contact support.

What is the API request you are making that is returning this error?

Sounds like you might be using a third party app or plugin of some sort? If so, you should contact them for help.
If not, we’ll need the API calls you’re making in order to provide further assistance.

Its my app which I will provide the information that is needed
