Write and submit API wrapper library for Delphi?

I've recently started writing a complete API wrapper in Delphi for TMDB. I currently have it open-source on GitHub (although far from complete / functional): https://github.com/djjd47130/JD-TMDB

First - Are there any special considerations when it comes to designing such an API wrapper?

Second - Once I have this fully functional, how should I submit it for inclusion in the official TMDB website as an API wrapper for Delphi?
