The Movie Database support

Hi, I'm hosting an instance of Overseer at ReconV VPS Warsaw which hosted on OVH Cloud. Recently the TMDB API in Overseer started failing and on further investigation by the ReconV support team, it seems that TMDB has blocked OVH Cloud addresses. Is it possible to un-block / whitelist them for us to be able to access the TMDB API again? Was there any misuse?

Hi @upamanyu,

The only blocks that exist on the API are the ones for Russia and Belarus. We don't block anything else on the API.

What error are you getting that makes you think your IP's are blocked?

This turned out to be the problem after all with my provider. All sorted now thanks to the other thread!
