I have created a movie recommendation app that uses the TMDB API to pull information regarding films, then uses a RAG based framework to recommend films to users. This does require the use of an LLM to summarize results pulled from a similarity search in a vector database.

I was wondering if this usage is fine for a non-commercial license? The website is 100% free and no revenue is being generated. I created the app to show recruiters and hiring managers a sample of my work, not to make money.
