I can send you screenshots but I can't find how to send you them here? Can you please tell me how and I'll send you what's happening? Don't know if or where any logs are for this. It's just a regular (Sony) Android TV, and both NOVA and Chrome browser will not show TMDB images. What can I send you from that? Thanks so very much.

Sounds like you'll have to talk to the developer of NOVA. They might have a way to get some logs or enable a debug mode of sorts. Not much I can do otherwise.

I'm trying but not getting anywhere yet. This is a problem with Chrome browser and Viewed Web Browser also on Android TV so not isolated to NOVA, only TMDB site.

P.S. My Sony Android TV has debugging mode enabled but haven't found any log areas or files to send you. Any suggestions how I can help you help me do that? I just know that TMDB website on Android does not load the images and has broken icons, Whether it's from NOVA or any browsers or links to TMDB. Seems to point that TMDB has issues with images loading with Android for some reason. Thanks so much. Please advise what to do more to diagnose the problem with your site.

Hi, still waiting for advise from you. TMDB images not loading, as mentioned above, is not isolated to NOVA video player. It also does not show images of posters and backdrops on any of the web browsers on Android TV, descriptions and text and frames from your site seem okay, but all movie or TV images have the broken image icon on them. So points to some issue with TMDB site itself, not an outside app. Thanks very much for your help and support! Really appreciated.
