When using the endpoint for Discover the 'without_watch_providers' parameter seem not working at all.

For example:

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/tv?without_watch_providers=8&api_key=XXXX&sort_by=popularity.desc&language=es-ES&region=ES&watch_region=ES&page=1

get the same results as:

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/tv?without_watch_providers=338&api_key=XXXX&sort_by=popularity.desc&language=es-ES&region=ES&watch_region=ES&page=1

It seems that the parameter is ignored.

Also, a query with combined params ('with_watch_providers' and 'without_watch_providers') is also not working properly.

Please, could you check it?
