Been using the person/popular API endpoint for a long time, but at some point in the past few days, the most popular people being returned are perhaps not the most popular people on TMDB? Even the main TMDB website looks like a different set of folks than I might have expected, but different again than those returned by the API. Has the algorithm related to who is "popular" been changed?

Hi @500Foods,
No, it hasn't changed, there was an issue running the popularity jobs last weekend which messed with the values. They'll slowly reset themselves over the next few days.

@travisbell It still looks like the issue is ongoing (which make some wonder if something or someone is trying to mess with the stats on purpose). But i just wanted to check in:
Thanks

The popularity scores are building every day, it will take another week or so I am betting to equalize out.

Ok thanks. Would still love a way to filter that list if you know of one. I didn't see it on the roadmap but maybe i didn't know what to look for.

There is no such filters (or planned filters) on people at this time.

Glad to see this explanation and that it will resolve itself. I was wondering what happened!
