I'm seeking guidance on implementing locale translations within a JavaScript project

I've come across the following GitHub repository: https://github.com/travisbell/tmdb-web-translations/blob/main/locales/gl-ES.yml. Could someone kindly provide a snippet demonstrating how to parse the file and how they use it in their project?

However, I know for fact that certain translations that have been manually updated within the locale project, have not yet been reflected in the GitHub repository. You can find these changes here: https://app.localeapp.com/projects/8267/translations/5256157?in_locale=31924. Is there a direct method, such as an API, that we could use to access these updated translations? I've only found information regarding Rails-based solutions so I'm not sure on what's the best implementation.
