We do not provide any way to programatically update content on TMDB. All content on TMDB is contributed by our users using this website. You can do so by going into the edit page of any TV show and then clicking "Content Ratings" on the left hand sidebar.

Is this something that you would consider adding in the future, As most of your content is missing NZ age ratings, that would be a significant amount of work to manually add it by browsing to each page.

Unfortunately, it's not something we're looking at right now. There's lots of reasons why this is the case as it's a very complicated issue. For the time being, all we can commit to is contributing via the website.
