Ok thanks, we've moved this to the API support forum.

We don't provide any method to do something bulk like this. You can use discover with a few different filters to get what you're looking for, but you will have to issues these queries by country. Here's an example looking for movies with their original language set to any of Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu and that have a watch availability in India:

http://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?api_key=###&with_original_language=hi|kn|ml|ta|te&watch_region=IN&with_watch_monetization_types=flatrate|free|ads|rent|buy

Obviously this is just an example. You can take a look at the docs for discover and use any of the ~30 filters that are available.
