Watchlist Settings API

Is there an API or plans for an API to:
- Read the user's "Automatically remove items when they're rated?" flag
- Set the flag through the API rather than the TMDB website.
I only ask, as this may confuse users in my app, and would have to explain to them, and point them to the website to change. If I can read and set this value through an API, I could control this from my app, rather than redirecting the user to the TMDB website to change this.

Hi @FlixDB,
You're right, as of now there is no way to modify your account settings on the API. I do have a ticket for that here, which you can add a vote for. Until then, there's not much available.
