It may be due to some access restrictions in the country where you are or from your access provider.

I checked the address without vpn, everything is correct, all servers and locations are ok and there is no problem with the connection. The tmdb homepage loads fine, but has trouble getting images from the api.

Depending on what country you're visiting from, your IP might be getting caught in the Russia/Belarus blocks.

One thing you can do and see if it makes a difference is to change your DNS servers to one of (try both seperately):

• 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare)
• 8.8.8.8 (Google)

We've seen that make a difference as to the region detection. Sometimes Google works better, other times Cloudflare works better.
