and here on TMDb that same country does not have this information,
then yes, there is probably an error in one of the stages of the process.

Or the data is not available in the file that JustWatch makes available daily,
Or the data is in the file but the TMDb didn't import it due to some error.

Also, new movies on JustWatch take 1-2 days to appear here on TMDb.
1 day to be inserted in the file made available by JustWatch.
This file is generated once a day.
1 more day for the import to be available on TMDb.
The import is done once a day.
So sometimes it's better to wait 24 to 48 hours.
And of course, mistakes happen.
Only Administrator Travis Bell can verify.

Thanks for the reply @ticao2! I'm afraid this is a long-standing issue that did not resolve itself after 24 to 48 hours. I've also received reports of the exact same thing happening in Lithuania. TMDB and JustWatch appear not to have details for Barbie but if you head to https://www.justwatch.com/lt and search for the movie, the data is there. For Lithuania, a user mentioned that data used to be available but stopped working around new year.

I don't seem to be able to tag Travis Bell on here but hopefully he's able to take a look! 🙏

I'm receiving more feedback from users affected by this issue. Is that something that's on someone's radar? It also affects TMDB's own website so API users aren't the only ones to be affected.

Probably yes, on administrator Travis Bell's radar.

I believe the technical operation is complex.
But I don't understand anything about programming, importing JustWatch data, etc...

I'm also having a similar issue. For example:

Shows up as available in Filmin (Spain) in Just watch: https://www.justwatch.com/es/pelicula/a-virxe-roxa

However the API doesn't fetch any providers. https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/917108/watch/providers?api_key=

This looks to be a different issue affecting this movie in particular. The issue I reported above affects all movies and shows for Hong Kong and Lithuania (and maybe more countries).

@travisbell Sorry for tagging you directly but I was wondering if you were aware of this issue. Looking for JustWatch data for Hong Kong and Lithuania (and maybe more) still doesn't return any results despite the countries being listed as available in the API. See above for full details but I'm wondering if there's an issue with the JustWatch sync.

I just received a report from a user in Cyprus that the issue also affects them. They mentioned that this used to work. Any visibility on when this might be resolved?
