I've got such problem.
Requesting to https://api.themoviedb.org/3/trending/movie/day?api_key=KEY or others similar - returns status 200 OK.
But, while requesting images, i.e. https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/w342/6YZmezBcTwL9KUn5kkygAvrJ1fx.jpg - returns status 403 Error: Request timed out.
Using VPN helps to get images.
What's happen? Few month ago everything was fine.

Sometimes it's a DNS problem.
Try using:
Cloudflare 1.1.1.1
Or Google 8.8.8.8.

@ticao2 Thanks for your response. That's my ISP troubles. Using 4G internet instead of my home ISP - loads all images, no errors. Using DNS 8.8.8.8 solved problem with home internet. Thanks a lot!
