If it works, your Key is OK.
When there is a problem, the TMDb Server sends a message.
Can you tell which message the server sent?

If it does not work, let us know right here.
Second Step:
Tell us if you are using "Synology NAS / DS Video" or another NAS.
Can't find a movie or TV show? Login to create it.
