I need the ID numbers to be able to differentiate with different Network providers for my project. The daily exports link is not working. If you have any other link Please provide that .

The daily export is working. I just download without problem the last file available from November 28, 2023 : http://files.tmdb.org/p/exports/tv_network_ids_11_28_2023.json.gz .
Did you set the date in the correct format ?

I am still facing the issue I am not able to download the file, from where exactly were you able to download the file. It is showing not being downloaded due to security issues. Please specify the path and location . Thanks in Advance ...
