how do i use" https://api.themoviedb.org/3/list " to add and delete shows a user saves?

Hi, Im just learning how to use API's and im struggling a little. I have an assignment and need implement GET, Put, Push, and Delete actions using an API. Ive decided to use tv shows and have figured out how to get the information a user is looking for using the tv show api. But id like to implements a save and delete option too. Is "https://api.themoviedb.org/3/list" the correct one to use to create a list? I tried to test it but i dont know what session_id **i can use to test it or what to put in the **RAW_BODY section. Both are required in order to try it. Thanks in advance

A few things:

You can't use TV shows with v3 lists, you'll need to use v4. You can read more about the differences between v3 and v4 here.
If you click the "EXAMPLES" dropdown on the right side, it will show you an example of the payload that is expected.
