Is there a caching regarding ratings? I have rated a movie 2 hours ago (update: still not working 10 hours after the rating) and it does not yet show up in the movie/rated endpoint. This is surprising as in the past the ratings showed up instantly.
Getting my ratings works from my Java program (although the latest one is not included currently, see 1. ;-)) but in Postman it stopped working (and I do not think that I made any changes there and comparing it to the JAVA program I do not see any difference. But of course I understand that technically there has to be one). The error message I get in Postman is "status_code": 11, "status_message": "Internal error: Something went wrong, contact TMDb."
While we shouldn't be throwing an error on that request (I'll get that fixed), it's also not a valid one. You don't use your integer ID on v4, you need to use the object ID. This is the ID that is returned when you finish creating an access token.
If you switch to use that ID you should be good to go.
Hi Travis,
phew I am trying...
But am stuck in step 3, creating the access token. I generated and approved a request token but when I want to create the access token by sending a request to https://api.themoviedb.org/4/auth/access_token with POST and the following body {"request_token":"just generated request token"} I get the error message:
{
"status_code": 37,
"status_message": "The requested session could not be found.",
"success": false
}
While I can't speak to that specifically, you can use some test scripts I have created here to see how things should work. All of this code is just front end HTML/JS so you can inspect it to see how it works.

Travis, that script is a life saver, please do not ever delete it.
The v4 endpoint is working in Postman, now need to check and update the program and hopefully I haven't broken the v3 endpoints now.
Thanks a lot!
