Problem Adding Movies to a Watchlist

Recently, I've noticed a problem adding a movie to a watchlist. Actually, I think the problem is that when I do that, it doesn't reflect that change in the list right after the POST method of "Add Movie" when I call the "List Details" method. Is that normal or am I doing something wrong?
