There are numerous APPs and Websites using TMDb data.
Just remember to give TMDb credit for the data and images you will use.
Normally, you just need to inform it on the home page of your APP.

• Your project is ad supported

Professional

• You represent a company
• Your project is for profit (not ad supported)
• You are an OEM or hardware vendor

So I don't see any problems ahead.
